Hajjerah TMK Hassan
Director, Discovery and Channels
ASEAN, Cytiva
Hajjerah Hassan (Haj) is a highly motivated commercial leader who brings with her over 20 years of experience in the biopharma and biotech industry. In her current role as Director of Discovery and Channels, ASEAN at Cytiva, Haj leads the discovery commercial and channel partnership strategy across ASEAN to deliver for customers across the research and biotech industries. Haj is also an influential leader who forges closer ties between academia, industry and national institutions to support the biotech industry in the region.
Beyond her role as commercial leader, Haj champions Cytiva’s sustainability priorities in ASEAN as the regional sustainability lead, and is passionate about developing associates within her sphere of influence as Growth and Development Champion in ASEAN.
Prior to her current role, Haj has honed her commercial skills in the life sciences and molecular diagnostics segments in various roles such as account and business management at GE Healthcare, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Qiagen Singapore. Haj graduated from National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She enjoys baking and travelling to immerse herself in different cultures.
Min Kang
Acting Head - Global Refurbishment Operations, Global Supply Chain - Dyson
Min Kang is the Acting Head of Global Refurbishment Operations in Dyson’s Global Supply Chain department. In her role, she’s committed to driving sustainability and reducing waste within Dyson’s supply chain by prolonging the products’ lifespan and by enabling circular economy. Min is passionate about mentoring women in early stages of their careers, having spent time carving out her career as a junior female employee in Canada and Singapore. Min is Korean but spent most of her life in Vancouver until she moved to Singapore in 2018.
Chong Siat Ping
Product Engineer – Specialist level, Hewlett-Packard Singapore (Private) Limited
Seat Ping is a technical professional distinguished in terms of knowledge, professionalism, ethnics and personality. She hones strong analytical and communication skills. She is experienced with multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and is able to work under pressure and achieve synergistic results.

She is experienced in TIJ manufacturing issues, and has relevant technical knowledge and finds herself striving for engineering solution to various problems while achieving low cost and high stability manufacturing environment.
She got her Bachelor Degree in Materials Engineering and her Major in Microelectronics (2nd class honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

As a forward-thinking Senior Technical Program Manager at Motional, Vineeta Singh leverages her profound expertise in machine learning and computer vision to push the boundaries of autonomous vehicle technology. With a PhD in Machine Learning and a dynamic long track record in the industry, she prides herself on leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformative projects that blend innovation with reliability.
Neo Peir Ling
Associate Director, CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence)
Pratt and Whitney, Aftermarket Operations
Neo Peir Ling is the Associate Director, CORE of Pratt and Whitney Aftermarket Operations, responsible for deploying RTX’s CORE operating system across our business units globally, supporting ~ 6,600 Pratt and Whitney employees across United States, Singapore, Shanghai, New Zealand, and Turkey. In this role, Peir Ling champions change communication, drives continuous improvement initiatives and partner with the leadership team to support a transformational culture and positive work environment.

Peir Ling had a nearly 16-year career at RTX, holding several leadership roles across quality, operations, engineering, and transformation. In these roles, Peir Ling had prior experience leading a variety of projects from improving factory productivity with automation, to adopting lean and flow concepts in cell and factory designs to support capacity growth. She is a strong advocate of supporting women and girls into leadership and is an active member in the Pratt and Whitney APAC Women’s Council.
Peir Ling holds a master’s degree in management from National University of Ireland and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and production engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
Sophie Montenot 
Deputy Director, Digital Delivery – Aviation, Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd | Scholarship Program Committee Lead with Women in Aviation Chapter (WAI-SG)
Sophie Montenot is a highly accomplished mechanical engineer, having graduated from the prestigious Ecole Centrale, a top engineering school in France. With over 18 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in the execution of large-scale projects across the Middle East and Asia. Sophie's portfolio boasts iconic achievements such as the Singapore Sports Hub and the ongoing Changi Terminal 5 project.
Sophie is renowned for her expertise in spearheading Digital Delivery initiatives within corporate structures and complex engineering projects. She excels in orchestrating seamless integration of the latest industry technologies across diverse teams, resulting in successful project implementation. Sophie's innovative approach and strategic leadership have earned her recognition as a driving force behind the adoption of digital solutions in the engineering sector. Sophie is also the Scholarship Program Committee Lead in Women in Aviation Singapore Chapter.
